Healthy Apotheke by Laura BaroneLet food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food. Hippocrates

Apotheke the word BOTICA comes from the generic name of a storage place in ancient Greek, Ἀποθήκη («apotheke»)
It is a new and sustainable project, born in this year 2024 in the Canary Islands, where I have finished my studies in Naturopathy, Nutrition and Dietetics at the Gremi d’Herbolaris, Apicultor i Alimentación Dietética y Biológica de Cataluña. It is a professional association of retail merchants of phytotherapy, natural and organic food, dietary supplements, bee products, cosmetics and related products.
I began to investigate all foods and their processes and properties, starting to study everything we eat and how we eat, how many times the body asks us for food and how often we listen to them and how we eat, quickly, slowly… Everything is connected to our nervous system and how we manage emotions, everything is connected and it is important to eat consciously and integrating each property in our body. We know that our body is our temple, I have always had a passion for conscious and healthy cooking, experimenting with recipes and seeing how my body felt. Being a vegetarian, I have dealt with the subject in depth, researching and combining phytotherapy and naturopathy treatments, which aim to improve health and prevent diseases through the use of organic foods and exercise, a healthy and balanced lifestyle, as well as the use of Ayurvedic, homeopathic and herbal therapies. Introducing them as an important part of pure and conscious self-care. Working in orchards and learning the whole process of botany and how everything is born, it seemed curious to me that each element and channel investigated was all connected to the other, and reaching the creation of natural cosmetics, creating soaps, soaps that stand out for the process of oil maceration, harvesting medicinal plants and flowers, and studying the species and foods that are good for the skin, such as rice, oats, turmeric, and coconut and several, where loving phytotherapy began to investigate how the skin relates to flowers and others and about the various types of skin, and how to create totally natural cosmetics to nourish our body and then I began to make soaps only on request, because I want to make only suitable for skins that I know what the objective is where you want to get to or the pathology and how to heal, so I only work in this way and authentic where I would like the idea of going back as in the past, that you went to the healer’s house to ask about remedies and various and you were given exactly one type of formula for the exact case, and that is how I would like I work, because I do it for the love of the connection I have with plants and because I want to help so that we can all use more natural things and less chemicals and then be healthier and more nutritious.
In 2023 I started creating candles too, but aroma-therapeutic and astral according to the sign and apart from that I made the candles with the intention of connecting with our interior and disconnecting from the outside, and through smells and decorations but above all smells, to reach a state of relaxation and inner peace and at home
So I have decided to also put my profession as a photographer working with florists and interior decorators and bringing my creativity to the photos, where I generated a photographic project not yet released, Bhiopilia,
The term «biophilia» was popularized by biologist Edward O. Wilson in his 1984 book, «Biophilia.» It refers to the affinity and deep love that human beings feel towards other forms of life and towards nature as a whole. This connection goes beyond a mere aesthetic appreciation; It is an emotional and cognitive response rooted in our evolution as a species.
Biophilia manifests itself in a variety of ways, from a fascination with wildlife and natural landscapes to the satisfaction we get from caring for plants and animals. Even in urban environments, where nature can seem scarce, biophilia continues to influence our lives in surprising ways.
So Apotheke is a union of my gifts that I expose naturally and to help others consciously, where I add the practices of meditation and emotional management under talks and gathering groups where we can express where and how we feel and seek a common sense to return to our patterns and transcend them, forgiving and letting go, then we have a psychological part that connects with everything through phytotherapy and music sessions as a DJ in 2020 in Barcelona, Music lover I have launched my new challenge and with the name of DJ DHARA more than a DJ is «Pioneer of light through music and dance on earth» the name Dhara comes from Sanskrit: Flow, transmitting music: Downtempo, Chill, Tech House, Progressive and Trance, Electropical, Electronica, Techno, Deep House, Tribal House, Afro, Oriental house, with the intention of connecting souls and developing the human being through phrases that I, emitting between powerful songs and strong connection, working on the emotional state and releasing each sensation and concluding with a guided meditation, using musical instruments with the idea of working the body and mind, opening each channel and emotion, each sensation and, inhaling and exhaling, through the dance and vibration of music and the earth, posing a situation of smells and visuals for this addresses spiritual events, ecstatic dance, exotic dance, yoga festival, trance festival, events in nature, everything that reflects light and connection to open paths and evolve together.
I put a lot of love and research into our self-care and I have thought about wanting to offer support to the world that we see is lacking this conscious awakening and to get out of this whole cycle of «junk food» and prepare dishes and exact quantities to feel the sensation of satiety and energy and above all to get to taste different dishes made with spices and authentic recipes and rich in food made so that on your day you are not hungry and eat anything or go to an unconscious snack, with the idea of transmitting all the nutritional values based on a quotient and sustainable nutrition, avoiding processed foods, refined sugars, avoiding dairy products cured by cholesterol, replacing caffeine with chicory, offering infusions studied in terms of the different sensations to relieve and rich pastries of products avoiding eggs, or wheat flour, or cow’s milk and replacing it with oats, coconut flour and oats and generating homemade products and quotients with their aesthetics reaching healers. In ancient times, simplicity, connection and healing were suggested through medicinal plants and the foods offered by Pachamama and by combining photography, music, phytotherapy and so on. And using mucilaginous seed, they are soluble fibers that are part of the large group of carbohydrates, more specifically polysaccharides. We can find them in the albumin of seeds, bulbs, roots, leaves and even flowers. Some of its most important functions are to provide energy, protect the plant, help the roots penetrate the soil better and help the seed to germinate, creating a moist layer around it when it comes into contact with water, it is Apotheke healthy.
The idea is to generate an innate tendency to seek connections with nature and other ways to generate well-being and feel good about oneself, such as «the impulse to affiliate with other forms of life.»
